April 10th, must include fee (payable to District IV LMK) and
full team roster (regular season teams only) with birth dates specified.
Roster must be signed by League President and/or Player Agent
and is due with payment prior to draw.

Game Schedule:
Games to begin at 8:00am on April 15th
Each team Must Provide:
one scorekeeper / score board operator
a certified umpire
Coin toss to determine HOME team.
Game umpires will be assigned by Tournament Director
